Dealing with racist tweets by employees (Shoosmiths)

A lot of the social media updates that have been published in the past few months have concerned social media and employment law. In this update by Karen Fletcher, a partner at Shoosmiths, she provides a brief run down on how social media could result in disciplinary proceedings, and how any such proceedings should be undertaken. A good introduction for both employers and employees.
